Like so many bands, rosyvelt started in an Olympia basement. After their previous group 1000 Diving Robots dissolved, Jeffrey Henry and Sam Jansons formed a duo combining Jeffrey’s baritone guitar and powerful tenor with Sam’s tuneful drumming. They migrated to Seattle and have experienced a modicum of success releasing an album and playing in many of iconic venues around town.
